Lurgan Road will be closed to traffic from Van Sant Rd. to Eagle Rd. from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm on August 15 & 16 while PennDOT replaces piping. Only emergency vehicles will be allowed to pass. Van Sant Rd. will be accessible via Street Road from the west during the road closure.
