Public Safety is more than police patrols. Are residents safe in their homes, on the street, in an emergency? Thanks to professionals, volunteers, and residents, you can feel safe in Upper Makefield Township. Educate yourself and your family by reviewing the Public Safety section, and if necessary, use the Report a Problem form.
Emergency Management Coordinator (EMC) – The EMC’s mission is to develop and maintain a comprehensive plan to prepare for, respond to, and recover from all types of major emergencies that might occur within Upper Makefield Township. This is accomplished by coordinating the township departments, volunteer units, regional partners and other organizations that would have a role in any major incident.
