Upper Makefield Township in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, is accepting applications for qualified individuals for the position of Chief of Police to provide leadership for a Department with 18 sworn officers and one civilian employee.
The Township is seeking candidates with excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills to manage multiple projects alongside their daily duties. The successful candidate will play an active role in community relations, criminal investigations, crime prevention, department training and development, and management of ongoing accreditation by the Pennsylvania Law Enforcement Accreditation Commission.
