The next meeting of the Toll Bridge Commission is May 20, 2024 at 10:30 a.m.

If you are concerned about the possibility of the Washington Crossing bridge replacement, the Board of Supervisors encourage you to voice your concerns to the Toll Bridge Commission by attending their monthly meeting. Meetings are held both virtually and in person at their offices located at 1199 Woodside Road, Yardley, PA. Instructions to attend virtually can be found on their website at this link. Though there may not be an agenda item for the Washington Crossing Bridge Project, public comment is received each meeting.

The Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission has issued A Request for Proposals (RFP) titled “Preliminary Engineering and Environmental Documentation for the Washington Crossing Bridge Replacement.” The Board of Supervisors has publicly stated their concerns on the impact a possible bridge replacement would have on the Township – public safety, financial, and quality of life. They have relayed their concerns to the Bridge Commission by passing a resolution and by attending Commission meetings, and they also ask for your help.

The Toll Bridge Commission is a quasi-public agency operating as a self-funded entity without tax revenue. Communicating to them directly is vital.
