Per state mandate to provide voting machines with a verifiable paper record, Bucks County has replaced all voting machines with the new Clear Ballot system. The new system uses hand-marked paper ballots that are fed into a non-internet based scanner. The new voting machines will be in use for the April 28th primary. To help prepare voters, the County has provided instructional materials and videos and has scheduled several voter training sessions.
