Construction began this week on the New Hope-Lambertville Bridge, a project which is expected to last into Fall 2024. According to the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission website, the first stage of project construction begins an eight-month-long detour of New Jersey-bound traffic on the New Hope side and a four-month-long shift of Pennsylvania-bound traffic on the Lambertville side.
