Winter Storm Hernando – Blizzard Warning in Effect

The Township has issued an Emergency Declaration from Noon on Sunday, February 22 until Noon Tuesday, February 24 due to the pending snowstorm. Please help our Public Works Department by parking vehicles off the street and by staying home during the storm. During the height of the storm, the crew will focus on plowing the main roads first, then the developments. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Remember to charge your devices as the forecast also calls for gusty winds. If there downed lines, please do not touch them and report it to PECO. As always, please call 9-1-1 in the event of an emergency.

In addition to Public Works, the Township’s Emergency Management Team – police, fire and ambulance – have made preparations for the storm.
