A Message to the Community from the DEP:
The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) invites the public to attend a live virtual webinar on Thursday, April 10, from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM, to hear updates on the Sunoco Pipeline L.P. (SPLP) petroleum pipeline leak in Washington Crossing, Upper Makefield Township, Bucks County.

DEP would like to share their commitment to stand by the community until the cleanup is complete. Experts from DEP and Pennsylvania Department of Health (DOH) will provide information.

DEP is accepting PRE-SUBMITTED QUESTIONS before the virtual townhall meeting. Please submit questions to RA-EPUMPIPELINE@pa.gov by Thursday, April 10, 11:30 AM. Any questions received after this time will be answered at a later date within a reasonable timeframe.

Sunoco/Energy Transfer has scheduled the next Teletownhall on Thursday, April 24 . The teletownhall will take place from 7:00 p.m.- 8:30 p.m., and residents can dial in at 855-543-3418. Energy Transfer will provide updates and respond to questions from residents.
